What makes our plans different?

We don't use the traditional build format that's widely accepted as the standard. This method makes a lot of sense for individual endurance sports, but in triathlon we're training for three different disciplines. We've found a better way that avoids fatigue, keeps training time reasonable, and keeps the training fresh and exciting by constantly rotating the focus of your training. Try us out and experience a better way to train for tri.
